Active employees is the total amount of employees paid in a pay period.
For example, if you have 10 regular employees, and 5 leave throughout the year and are replaced by 5 new employees, you only pay for 10 employees each month. We will issue W-2’s for all 15 of your employees at the end of the year at no additional cost. We will also setup new employees at no additional cost as well.
